1. The seller's catalog descriptions are to be understood as guidelines with regard to price information. The price specified in the specific offer is decisive for the purchase price.
   

2. Delivery times are based on the specific offer. Late deliveries do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
   

3. The agreed price does not include transport costs. The goods must be collected by the buyer in Emmen. The transport risk and transport costs are borne by the buyer.
   

4. Invoices are payable net within 30 days. If this deadline is not met, interest on arrears of 5% will be charged without reminder.
